Led by championships from seniors Nick Womack (145) and Jeff Severini (152), Bishop Ireton garnered a fifth place finish at the King George High School’s Nick Mason Invitational Wrestling Tournament in King George County, Virginia on Saturday.
Junior Conor Reilly at 106 and teammate Jimmy Keegan at 285 also made it into the championships, but fell short of a tournament title in finishing second. Freshman Trey Lovisone at 195 and Zack Lincoln wrestled back from earlier defeats to grab third place honors for the Cardinals.
