The nationally-ranked Cardinals continue to solidify their dominance of Virginia high school lacrosse by sweeping all three of the major awards made public on June 26 by USA Today High School Sports. The American Family Insurance ALL-USA Virginia Girls Lacrosse Team was selected by 3d Rising. The 2015 Virginia “Player of the Year” is Charlotte Sofield; Virginia “Coach of the Year” is Rick Sofield; and Virginia “Team of the Year” is Bishop Ireton. Charlotte Sofield, Kelly Larkin, and Kaitlin Luzik were all named to the ALL-USA Virginia team.
